Slow Down!

On my way to meet up with a friend, I thought I was going to be late so I speeded up. I started noticing that every time I got to a junction the traffic light was green and I couldn't cross over. At one point when a car drove by, I noticed the letters on the registration plate were the same initials as my friend. I thought to myself: "I bet you he's running late too and it's his way of telling me to slow down."

I arrived at our assignation on time but my friend wasn't there. He was a few minutes late.

Later I told my friend that although I had "received" his message to slow down he still should have been on time. :-)

There's no pleasing some people.

Quote of the Day - 4

Spoon boy: Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth.

Neo: What truth?

Spoon boy: There is no spoon.

Neo: There is no spoon?

Spoon boy: Then you'll see, that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself. The Matrix

Being a Director/Conductor

Of all the jobs and professions there are, there are four that fascinate me the most: film director, music producer, music conductor and writer.

What do they all have in common?

Behind the scenes, they are directing or conducting whether it's the flow of energy, light, frequencies, or thoughts.

I reckon in a parallel universe, I am working as a film director, music producer or a conductor.

I am the conductor of all thought-forms.

The Cosmos in Motion

When I was a child, there was this game I liked to play when I was by myself. I would see my body as the Universe and see this solar system as a tiny cell. Whenever I moved I would imagine myself as the cosmos and thinking all experiences into being.

Years later when I had a vision of myself as the Cosmic Being, I realised that my childish fantasy had been spot on. All that I am experiencing are actually in me.

I am the cosmos in motion.

For my Cosmic Friend

Years ago after I wrote a piece called The Cosmic Being, I did a search on the Internet for any photos or works of art that closely represented what I was trying to describe in the piece I'd written.

I found a work of art called Cosmic Being by Bear Brown, which I believe is not only a masterpiece, it reminds me of a half-awake dream I once had where I saw myself as a purple formless entity shape-shifting into a body. I've been meaning to email the artist and thank him for his work.

I've just discovered the artist passed away years ago.

Thank you, Bear Brown, for your wonderful gifts. I hope, wherever you are, you are being the Cosmic Being that you are.
